More than 10 years as a personal trainer, working with different bodies to give them the shape my clients were looking for. Actors, Actresses, musicians, etc.… Most of the clients that I have prepared during my career have had very particular purposes. Some of them wanted to get bigger and stronger, some others wanted to become thinner and slimmer. Each individual has their own needs, times and limitations and we are very conscious of this, adapting our experience and knowledge to suit.

Health is a combination of many aspects in life. It is not only about eating properly, suffering in the gym or not consuming certain substances. Health is about rewarding yourself, giving your body what it needs, being able to express yourself without fear. Moving your structure in many different ways to stimulate the energy and your attitude will become more positive and relaxed. Playing, stretching, creating, exercising and other ways to wake up the body and learn how to concentrate and focus. This creates different interconnections in your brain that gives you physical and mental skills to become more balanced, peaceful and vital.

As the World Health Organization describes Health: “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
